In August 2025, Torex Gold announced the completion of the acquisition of Reyna Silver following the approval of Reyna shareholders. As a result of the acquisition, we have added four exciting, early-stage exploration properties to our portfolio, which we plan to advance systematically over the coming years.
Portfolio of properties across key mining centres in Mexico and the United States
Batopilas is an exploration property located within the historic Batopilas Silver Mining District in southwestern Chihuahua. Torex owns a 100% interest in the property, which covers approximately 3,550 hectares.
Batopilas is at the Intermediate Drill Testing stage. Exploration and drilling completed by previous operators has identified a mix of silver and gold veins across several zones.
Guigui is an exploration property located in the Santa Eulalia Mining District in eastern Chihuahua. Torex owns a 100% interest in the property, which covers approximately 4,750 hectares.
Guigui is at the Target Definition stage. Exploration and drilling by previous operators has identified the potential for silver, gold, lead, and zinc mineralization hosted within several style systems including carbonate replacement deposit and skarn.
Medicine Springs is an exploration property located within the Ruby Mountain Valley in northeastern Nevada. Torex, via its acquisition of Reyna Silver, has the option to earn into a 100% interest. Medicine Springs covers over 6,500 hectares.
Medicine Springs is at the Initial Drill Testing stage. Exploration and drilling by previous operators identified the potential for silver, lead, zinc, copper, and gold mineralization, hosted within several style systems, including carbonate replacement deposit, porphyry and skarn.
Gryphon is an exploration property located at the southern end of the Carlin Trend in Nevada. Torex, via its acquisition of Reyna Silver, has the option to earn into an initial 70% interest in the main Gryphon Summit property as well as options to earn into 100% interest in the Mineral Hill and Union Hill properties which fall within the broader Gryphon Summit property. The properties making up Gryphon cover over 12,000 hectares.
