Shaun Silveira, MBA
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations
Shaun Silveira joined Torex Gold in September 2026 and is responsible for overseeing all Corporate Development and Investor Relations activities.
Mr. Silveira has close to 15 years of investment banking and capital markets experience in the global mining and metals sector at CIBC Capital Markets, where he was responsible for building client relationships, providing advice and execution on mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, and debt and equity financing.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, and a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Applied Science (Engineering Science) from the University of Toronto.
